Education & FamilyIn 1961, Frank completed an education at Northwestern Television and Electronics Institute and began his career at Ault Magnetics in Minneapolis as an electronic technician. Around the same time, he met his wife, Donna, at the Moulton's Roller Rink in Rush City. The two were married on September 14th, 1963 and moved to Brooklyn Park where they raised their four children: Scott (1965), Kurt (1967), Pam (1968) and Deb (1970).

Career & VolunteeringIn 1981, Frank started a career as a Product Development Engineer at Banner Engineering Corp. He worked to build circuit boards for photoelectric sensors. In his time off, Frank would participate in his sons' scouting trips at Many Point Scout Camp, Rum River Scout camp and outings at Lake Independence.

Hobby & PastimeFrank was a 32-year active member of Northland Antique Radio Club and was involved with the Pavik Museum of Broadcasting. He was an avid collector of antique radios, speakers and phonographs and would share his finds with fellow radio collectors. He liked to attend auctions, antique shows, estate sales and flee markets with Donna.

Passing
Frank was preceded in death by his sister, Kathryn, and his brother in-law, Don Gardner.
He is survived by his wife, Donna. His children Scott Moses, Kurt (Edwige) Moses, Pam Moses and Deb (Tom) Dotson-Moran. His brother, Jim Moses, and his sister, Fran (Al) Stanton. His grandchildren, Jessa Dotson and Brianna Moses. His great-grandchildren, Derek and Lilly Dotson.
